We give you upfront pricing for the most common issues with our flat rate packages. For issues outside of these, please see our hourly rates listed below.

Flat Rate Details...

Tune-Up Package $75 - Typically we can improve the performance of a SLOW computer with this package. We provide a general clean-up of files, tweaking of system settings for better performance, removal of any unwanted programs and registry repairs. It also consists of making sure your Anti-virus and Anti-Spyware protection software is fully operational and up-to-date. This is included for customers with our affordable monthly service plan. 

Virus / Spyware Removal $120 - Our virus and spyware removal package consists of our Deep System Scan and Purge package. If you suspect you’re infected, or if our technicians determine you are infected, with a virus or spyware, we will scan your computer for any infections and purge them from the system. We use a combination of tools and security expertise to remove these nasty infections and return control of your PC to YOU. The scan and purge can take up to an hour or more depending on the severity of the infection. In some cases, if the system is so infected we will be required to go on-site or complete the removal process on our own bench.

System Restore / Re-Image $189 - This is our complete System Restore package. This is recommended when a system is so severely infected with viruses and spyware or the registry and system files are beyond repairing. We will pick up the system and perform all work on our bench. This includes the backup of all personal data files and then we wipe out the hard drive and perform a clean install with your copy of Windows. All the latest drivers and windows updates will be installed. Common apps like Flash, Acrobat Reader, AntiVirus and Office (if provided) will also be installed. Restore personal data back to the system and apply system tweaks and performance settings. The computer is now at its original state and speed as when it was brand new. We will then return your system and reconnect it. All this is included in our PC Rescue package and you will essentially have a new computer.

Business Rates:
On-Site Service - $95/hr - On-site we are able to provide more in-depth and hands-on troubleshooting techniques for your systems and networking devices.

Remote Service - $35 for 1/2 hr - This includes software installs, system and network configurations and general help.

Home Rates:
On-Site Service - $65/hr - With  visits we are capable of providing more in-depth and hands-on troubleshooting techniques. There’s no unplugging and lugging around your system because we come to you.

Remote Service - $25 for 1/2 hr - This includes software installs, system and network configurations and general help.

- Half hour minimum for Remote Services, One hour minimum for On-Site Services. All rates cover Labor for Technicians. Parts and software are additional.
